Dr. Ramin Hariri has extensive experience in energy, oil & gas and mining transactions and projects, including sector regulation, compliance, project management, risk management or negotiation of cross-border contracts (license, production sharing agreement, joint operating agreement, services agreement, sale and purchase agreement, power purchase agreement, joint ventures, corporate structuring, …).

He also advises on infrastructure projects and their financing, public-private partnerships, and regulating foreign investments in emerging markets.
